Egg trays or stacks are placed on the feeding conveyor belt by the operator.
Sensitive suction transfer head ensures that eggs are sensitively lifted from the egg trays and then
conveyed and transferred to the egg feeding table. There is also an option to stow the emptied egg trays
as the next stage
ZLD-30 - Loader Systems
- It is used with a single-head suction pad of 30 trays
- It is suitable for both cardboard and plastic egg trays. (It requires setting)
- There is a back-blasting system so that eggs are precisely left on the conveyor and that the suction heads stay clean.
ZLD-60 - Loader Systems
- It is used with a single-head suction pad of 60 trays
- It is suitable for both cardboard and plastic egg trays. (It requires setting)
